We enjoyed it!

This was fun. Simple, fun combat, couple of puzzles, was just able to drop it into our campaign without much of any modifications. I was a little worried it would be too horror-themed for some of our younger players, but it really wasn't. You can lean into the eldritch horror if you want or just have a giant shark man for them to fight at the end!

The simplified underwater rules helped things run a lot smoother too.

Brilliant, easy to run, and had a blast!

I truly wish all preset modules/one-shots/campaigns were laid out like this. It was so easy to fun, needing no more than a quick read through one before we could get launched right in.

Material was well done, intuitive, and a whole lot of fun!

Excited to run

Whilst I've yet to actually run this one-shot yet, I'm very excited to. Due to the nature of it, I have been able to easily insert it into my upcoming plans.

Enjoy the level of detail the module has. It's very clear on how to play out the various scenarios; with enough details to run as an independent adventure, as well as giving me plenty of areas to expand it myself for my campaign.

The maps were able to be easily added to my VTT system and look great!

Overall, great experience so far. Love how lovecraftian this adventure feels

Creepy good fun!

I adapted this module to fill in a piece of the Storm King's Thunder campaign I was running.
This was the first Kelsey Dionne adventure I've ever run, and I was extremely pleased with it.
The story was creepy and engaging, the battles created a lot of tension for my players (they were very worried a couple of times), and the setting was so unique.
I ran this adventure on Roll20, and these had to be the easiest maps I have ever set up. Plus they were beautiful. I also added dynamic lighting to the "dungeon" portion of the adventure, which added to the tension.
Most of all, I really loved the layout and writing. Everything was so efficiently written - not too verbose, and good use of white space. The encounters were neatly broken down by section.
I am legally blind (limited vision), so having to read less is especially important to me, but I think any DM will find this style of module a pleasure to run.
One thing I would have liked to have seen, or should have added myself - a timer element. The characters were able to take a long rest after their first foray into the "dungeon". If they would have had to continue on, their expended resources would have really cranked up the tension in the boss fight. But, that wasn't enough to detract from my overall satisfaction with this adventure.
I am looking forward to running more Arcane Library adventures in the future!
Please keep creating more 5E content, Kelsey!
